The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. Kick back and relax in this calm, rustic space on the edge of Steyrling surrounded by mountains, forests, rivers and lakes. The apartment is fully equipped, from the dishwasher to the gas grill to the hand blender. With sauna, garden, lounge. It is 3 minutes by car to the reservoir. The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). The inn and village store are a 5-minute walk.

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Relax with the whole family in this quiet and familiar accommodation. Space for 4 people, dogs and horses allowed upon request! Our accommodation is the perfect starting point for excursions and hikes in the area and in the mountains. Approx. 20 minutes drive to Attersee, good bike paths. The apartment is located on a farm with a separate entrance. Animals such as dogs, cats and horses are at home here. After consultation it is also possible to take riding lessons.
