Let yourself be seduced by nature and the view. The accommodation is located in the village of the ancient hamlet of Montericco di Albinea, near the medieval castle of Montericco, from which you can overlook the Po Valley. Just 2 km from the center of the village and just 15 minutes from the city center of Reggio Emilia. It is a landmark, completely renovated: consisting of the first floor, kitchen and living room, an entrance and on the second floor a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. It has a covered space for bikes and motorcycles.

The apartment on two levels, has an equipped open space kitchen, living area with table, sofa and TV. From the internal staircase you can access the upper floor where the bedroom and bathroom with shower are located. Located in ZTL, the nearest parking lot is 400 meters away, supermarket and typical food shops are located right under the house

Non vi mancheranno una ampia scelta di ristoranti della tradizione Emiliana, locali aperitivo ed atmosfere romantiche. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano di una palazzina completamente ristruttura in zona a traffico limitato, il parcheggio più vicino si trova in via San Girolamo, gratuito dalle ore 20 alle 8 e nei giorni festivi.
