The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Cozy little cottage with open plan, mini kitchen, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. Two bar stools with possibility to eat breakfast inside. A small sleeping alcove with double bed and separate sauna. There are two decks, the one in the west has dining table for 6 people with an incredible view of the open sea and the horizon. There's also an outdoor sink on the east side deck as well as a gas grill. A dry toilet directly outside the sauna as well as a separate newly built shower and laundry house as well as a freezer toilet a little bit away.

Welcome to our charming red cottage on Väddö Canal! Here you can enjoy the tranquility, nature and a magical view. The cottage has a newly built kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. For extra relaxation there is a private sauna and on the terrace you can barbecue while sailboats pass by. With extensive forest behind the house, and the view of a bay of the Baltic Sea in front, the reaction of visitors usually becomes that this place provides a peace and harmony. The house was built in dalatimmer 2022 in traditional style but with all modern amenities, for year-round use. Outside high season, wild animals, hare and fox are often seen on the plot. The main bedroom has a very comfortable 160 bed from a premium brand, with sea views from the main pillow. Close to charming Norrtälje, nice hiking trails.
