Charming and new villa in a small village with many fountains. Very nice view of the mountains, very nice setting. Quiet place in the countryside. The house is entirely at your disposal. Nearby: Germanette Waterbody, Riou Waterbody Site suitable for hiking of all levels (many loops without a car) mountain biking, climbing (Orpierre cliffs), fishing, motorcycling, hang gliding (Chabre Mountain) Relaxation, Provençal markets, Gorges de la Méouge.

Beautiful quiet villa with privileged view

Come and relax in the beautiful Büech Valley, in a spacious, quiet villa with breathtaking views. Close to many activities, hikes, bodies of water, equestrian center and ski resorts 45 km away... Linens and cleaning are not included, but can be provided for an additional fee. A deposit check of 1000 euro and 90 euro (if the cleaning has not been done) will be requested upon check-in and will be returned to you during the inventory upon checkout.

"La P'tite Maison" is dear to my heart since it is the house where I was born. Built in the heart of the village in 1956 at the same time as the dam. And tastefully renovated by my husband. You will find a pleasant interior to live in and exteriors that call you to relax with a covered terrace to enjoy aperitifs and meals. Fenced garden.
