The Eagle's View - house with mountain view

Built in 2021 with chalet style furnishings and panoramic mountain views from every window of the spacious living area. The chalet is situated on the top of a south facing ridge in the idyllic perched village of Jarjayes above Gap. Optional private spa available. Wide range of walks, cycling and biking in summer and winter sports in close vicinity in winter.

Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

For your next vacation, we offer our "Full View" cottage located in an exceptional setting at the gates of Gap, with a breathtaking 360° view of the city and the mountains. Its living room offers the whole family a perfect setting to relax after a day of discovering the area. You can prepare delicious recipes in the well-equipped kitchen and then enjoy them around the dining table for 8 guests or outside in your unoverlooked garden.

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
