A Charming Home

Iconic home in La Coruña, equipped with galleries and completely renovated in January 2018. It is located in the heart of the city, next to the famous Wine Street and Maria Pita Square and opposite the sea and sports dock. The house has been restored, maintaining the essence of its origin, but providing it with fully updated kitchen and bathrooms. New appliances, and Nespresso coffee maker. Careful decoration. Linens and towels also new. Services - The house has no parking, but there are three public car parks, for a fee, a few meters away. City bus stop, almost at the door, and bus to the airport at 100 m, with a frequency of 30 minutes. From the apartment, you can walk to all areas of interest in La Coruña as well as restaurants, tapas area and beaches. Supermarkets and Municipal market tb within 5 minutes. Guest service - at all times, if necessary, by phone or email, you will also find in the apartment apartment apartment instruction guide and local guide with recommendations of restaurants and points of interest. Check-in and check-out times could be negotiable if we don't have the apartment occupied. Possibility of accommodating a sixth person, preferably a minor, in a bunk bed, with a supplement of 15%. Perfect location in the city center, in front of the sea and the sailing club. 5 minutes walk to Plaza de Maria Pita, old city and the famous Calle de los Vinos. New kitchen and toilets, new home appliances, and Nespresso Coffee maker. New towels and sheets too, Services - the appartment has not parking, but there are three public parkings, payable, a few meters from it. Bus stop just at the door, and airport bus stop, located at 100 meters, every 30 minutes. The appartment is walking distance from everywhere in the city, museums, restaurants, tapas bar, beaches, and also supermarket. Guest attention - I can be reached easily by phone and mail. There is a guide with the appartment instructions and also city guide and restaurants. Check in and check out times could be negotiable, when the appartment is not busy. An extra person, a minor advisable, could be hosted, with an extra 15% charge.

Stone house: wine with books, dogs and routes

The "caseiros" — the family that took care of the farm where our organic wine is currently grown — lived in this house. Restored in 2013, the old kitchen space with its "lareira", oven and stone sink was preserved, now a cool space to read, play or take a nap. The two open floors overlook the Miño River valley, which separates us from Portugal. Upstairs, to sleep or read; downstairs, where the animals used to be, to cook or go out to the small garden.
