The house has been restored by the owner using recycled items and woods cut in the forrest. So it has a very artistic touch,and handmade feeling. You are right on the river shore ,surrounded by oak forest and old walking trails. A very peaceful spot. The house was built by the owner using recycled materials and cut wood in her own forest . It does give a very personal artistic touch. The land adjoins the river Verdugo where you can find pools suitable for bathing.
