The house is located on a quiet plot with a short walk to the historic castle park, the pedestrian street and the station, with only 35 minutes to Copenhagen. In addition to a new kitchen and bathroom, the house offers a spacious bedroom and a cosy living room. You have access to a washing machine by arrangement. The house is ideal for two adults, but two children or adults can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room. There is a cosy terrace in front of the house.

The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

There are two bicycles that can be borrowed. We are a couple without children living at home. We have a cute dog who might come and say hello outdoors if you're barbecuing in the garden. Relax in this unique and quiet home on the Granholm farm, which is located in a lovely large garden, and with lakes, forests and bogs just outside. We live close to Helsinge, but still completely on our own. We have sheep and chickens. The apartment is built in the farm's former carriage gate and loft, and contains a large room with kitchen, dining area, sofa area and sleeping area. Toilet and bath next to the sleeping area. The bed can be divided into 2 single beds, and an extra bed can be made on the sofa.

The Little Yellow House is a guesthouse on our property. Parking is possible in front of the house. The guesthouse has its own section of the garden, with outdoor furniture and a grill. The house is located close to a large forest - Gribskov. Kagerup station is located 1,5 km from the house - with trains to Hillerød and Gilleleje/Tisvildeleje.

The floor on the lower floor is a bit cold and you can bring slippers/indoor shoes.
