Our studio apartment 2+1 is located on the 2nd floor of our family house and provides a free parking. It consists of a big bright room with a king size bed,an additional bed, a full equipped kitchen with dinning-space, a private bathroom and a beautiful balcony which overlooks the roofs of Rovinj and has an amazing sea-view. The apartment has free WiFi, TV and AC. Our house is in a safe neighbourhood, the city centre is a 5min walk and you reach the nearest beach on foot in 10min or 3min by car.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Casa Allegra / House da mama

House da mamma is a cozy house in the historical part of Rovinj, not far from the church of St. Euphemia and the park. This is a holiday haven for family or friends. Its equipment and substances have a lot of good emotions and fond memories. It has been successfully rented over the past few years and has earned wonderful reviews. This year, the home returned to the family, gained a new bedroom, a bathroom, and exclusive access to the backyard, which is a great asset.

This stylish villetta in the middle of the old town is the best choice if you want to be central but also away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Located in a quiet street you will hardly know you are just steps away from everything. The entrance is on the ground floor where you will find a beautiful open living/dining space. Inside stairs will take you to the bedroom located on the first floor where you will also find an en suite bathroom.
