It is in the middle of the city, right on the party mile Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, which can also be heard with open windows. 20 minutes' walk from the Kulturbahnhof, tram connection right in front of the door, a bicycle is there, a second, slightly smaller one can be added. Places such as Dokumentaaktionen, Stadthalle, Kongress Palais Kassel, PALAIS HOPP, are within walking distance.

You will stay in a cozy, very bright basement apartment in a wooden house built according to building biology guidelines. The apartment has its own entrance, a beautiful terrace and the garden (fire pit) can also be used. In addition to a kitchen with an oven and fridge, a washing machine is also available. The house is located in a quiet residential area with nice neighbors. The small town, with good infrastructure, can be reached on foot in five minutes.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
