The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

The center of Kassel is 5 km away. The Regiotram and tram stop are within walking distance and you are at Kassel main station (RT) in 8 minutes.

From the apartment and balcony you have a wonderful distant view to the landmark of Kassel, "the Hercules." The center of Kassel can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Bus stops (buses run every 15-20 minutes) can be reached in 5 minutes.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
