My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

The house, which consists of three apartments, was built in 1929 and is located in a nice garden with lots of flowers during spring and summer. Close to the commuter train station and 2 stops to Stockholm City. Grocery store and restaurants are in the neighborhood and it is walking distance to Mall Of Scandinavia and Friends Arena. There are several nice lakes around and blueberries, mushrooms and lingonberries to pick. You can get here via Roslagsleden stage 5 or via bus 621, 626 from Danderyd sjh or Åkersberga. The walk is then about 3 km. Parking space for car is also available as an option

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
