Located directly on the river, 3.5 room large, classified by the German Tourism Association as 4 stars, non-smoking apartment in a quaint old half-timbered house. It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland Forest Route is right around the corner and many attractions are nearby (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpe is a few minutes away by car. Rural yet close to the city. A variety of excursion destinations and hiking trails within walking distance or a few minutes' drive. Spacious and well-equipped. Quiet, with terrace, private garden, barbecue. I am a passionate host. I have furnished the apartment and maintain it as I would feel comfortable at home. So it is not only attractively furnished and decorated, but equipped with everything that is needed during a longer stay.

We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.
