Flat "Feel the Silence of Nature"

Nice funished apartment of 20 qm which is located in a suburb of Dortmund called Aplerbeck at the end of a dead-end-street right in the middle of a nature reserve. You find the apartment in a two-family-house in a cultivated area. The apartment consistes of one bed-room for two, a small fully equiped kitchen with a table and two chairs and a bathroom with a bath tub. You find a separate entrance to get into the apartment. There is a cosy and homelike seating outside the apartment where you can spend some quiet relaxing moments. It is a very nice place. At night you can listen to the crying of some little owls which live in the nature reserve. Apart from that it is very quiet here. The motorway is 5 minutes away from us. You can reach the A1 and A45 (slip road is called Schwerte) within a few minutes. We have a carport right at the apartment. You can book breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want. I love cooking.

Small apartment with bathroom for 1-2 people

My place is in Dortmund Wickede, and is located on the city border to Unna. The connection to road and public transport (bus, tram and S-Bahn, BvB Stadion) is very good and can be reached within 2-3 minutes. The distance to the city center of Dortmund is 12 km, with the S-Bahn S4 to the Stadthaus stop in 12 minutes. In Wickede there are shops, restaurants and opportunities for breakfast. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers. Since the bed, 1.40 x 2.00 m, is under a sloping roof, it is narrower for two people than in a freestanding bed (see photos).

Hospitable house in the best quiet location Wi-Fi

Cozy apartment with good amenities, free Wi-Fi 1 bed 140 × 200 cm 1 sofa bed 140 × 200 cm Bedding Towels 2nd floor. Low room height of approx. 205 cm All shops serving everyday needs are close by. The Ruhr River and the Ruhr Valley bike path are nearby Train station 8 minutes walk. From Schwerte train station, the train takes 15 minutes to get to the soccer stadium Signal Iduna Park and the Westfalenhalle. From there, it is 3 minutes to Dortmund Central Station Highway A1, 5 minutes by car. Parking spot outside the house.

The apartment is located in Sümmern on the outskirts of Iserlohn in a quiet but central location. A car is recommended. From the Iserlohn-Seilersee exit, you can reach us in 7 minutes. The sights such as Barendorf, Hemer-Sauerlandpark, Seilersee with swimming pool and ice rink, the Dechenhöhle, Burg Altena, Dortmund and the Sorpesee are easily accessible. MyPlaceBerge is a cozy ground floor apartment in the south of Hamm. The apartment was completed in April 2021 and is completely newly furnished. The highway is just a 5-minute drive away. Shopping, a restaurant and fast food are within walking distance. Within walking distance is the Freibad Süd, a forest with a fitness trail and dirt roads that invite you to run and hike. In addition to the Maxi Park and the glass elephant, there is much more to discover in Hamm.

Beautiful granny apartment in a modern house in the forest

Hi, I've been an AirBnb fan for some time and have only had good experiences. So, I also offer this apartment on AirBnb. If you want to go to the BVB game, we can get you tickets if necessary. The accommodation is 5 minutes from public transportation and has good highway connections in a beautiful setting and is suitable for couples, business travelers and families. Occasionally my kids come home and use one of the rooms. I'll let you know before you book.

A whole apartment is rented. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor in Borsigplatz (Do.- City center). There are many free parking options on our street, as well as on the neighboring streets. The city center of Dortmund is about 1 km away and can be reached super well by tram or on foot if you feel like stretching your legs.
