On the ground floor there is the living room with cozy sofa corner for relaxing, a south-facing terrace with sun protection and deck chairs. Beautiful apartment overlooking the water

This particular home has its own style. It's a beautiful duplex apartment on the 6th floor right on the waterfront. A unique view on the Jadebusen from the balcony calms the soul. Long walks on the water or bike rides are possible at the dike. Many nice small seafood restaurants as well as a cool bar in the nearby Atlantic Hotel are in the immediate vicinity. In the summer you can go swimming at floods directly below the apartment.
