Located directly on the harbor, the apartment is quiet and yet right in the center of the city's cultural life. As a highlight, you look directly at the landmark of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge. Note: the apartment is being rented completely new, the interior may still change. Etwa 50 Schritte sind es vom Tiny House bis zum Yachthafen. Das Tiny House wurde im März 2021 in Betrieb genommen. Restaurants, eine Kunst- und Schmuckgalerie sowie Geschäfte sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Kostenloses Internet / WLAN sowie KFZ-Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch.

The décor is stylish and modern and ensures an exceptional stay with the open living and kitchen area. It is located on the 2nd floor, which is why it is nice and bright. There is no elevator in the house but a private parking space right outside the front door.

The beach, harbor and also the coastal towns of Hooksiel and Horumersiel with their sandy beaches, wave pool and waterskiing trails can be reached quickly.

The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
