The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Enjoy a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment with a mountain view in Buermoos. The apartment sleeps 5 people and is about 30 minutes from Salzburg city. The train station is within a 2 minute walking distance from the apartment which will take you to Salzburg main station. If you prefer to use the car, we offer free parking for 1 car (more vehicles are possible upon request). If you are looking to bring work along, we have you covered - the apartment offers a work station with an extra monitor.

Discover our idyllic vacation home, perfect for couples and families looking for peace and nature. A highlight is the spacious, covered terrace. Here you can also enjoy the fresh air on less sunny days. For your car, there is a private carport directly at the house. The location of our apartment is ideal for excursions to the region, Lake Waging (approx. 4 km), the city of Salzburg (approx. 35 km), Lake Chiem (approx. 33 km), Berchtesgaden (approx. 54 km), and Lake Königsee (approx. 59 km).

With great attention to detail, we have created a small haven of peace for those seeking relaxation here at the beautiful Waginger See. Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

We offer a 50 sqm apartment with mountain views! We live here very remote and quiet so the perfect place to really switch off! The beach in Taching and Tengling is about 2 km away. Relax in this special and cozy accommodation. Newly designed one-room apartment in a quiet yet central location. Ideal for all kinds of excursions. Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Welcome to Tittmoning,an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Leitgeringer See is a 5-minute drive away. The 66 sqm new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (cul-de-sac). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that doesn't bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Meals are provided by supermarkets, a butcher, several bakers, as well as restaurants.

We are located directly on cycling and hiking trails. Ideal starting point for many excursions by car: ca. 30 km to Salzburg/Chiemsee/Ruhpolding and 50 km to Berchtesgaden.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
