The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

The apartment is 44 m² and consists of a living/dining area with open kitchen, a separate bedroom, a private bathroom and an outdoor seating area. The apartment and the entire furnishings are of high quality and very well maintained. We would like to offer our guest area to the Airbnb community when we are not using it privately. The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." We rent a vacation home in a rural village. The apartment is located in our farmhouse, where we ourselves live in a residential unit and which we are gradually expanding and renovating. There is a separate entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen where you can easily take care of yourself. Parking spaces are available. Überlingen am Bodensee Apartment in the old town

The 80 sqm 3-room holiday apartment is on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old patrician house in the Old Town of Überlingen. The lake, the pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The house, lovingly renovated in 2017, impresses with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse with views of the museum garden and the lake.
