Welcome to villa Cottage, a house in the dunes and near the sea, equipped with all the luxury and comfort. Here you can enjoy in all seasons! Relax in a peaceful cocoon in the middle of the city. Enjoy the view of the marina on the (sunny) terrace. Wake up with sea views on the balcony in the bedroom. The best moment of the day when I lived there was getting up with a cup of coffee on the terrace in the sun. Just lovely! The station is a 2-minute walk away. You can rent bikes there. Free parking: 'Maria-Hendrikapark' parking on the outskirts, 10 minutes' walking distance. Apart from tourist tax, there are no extra fees.

There is no better place to recharge those batteries and upload your vitamin "sea". Although there is one, you will need no television with this phenomenal view! Our apartment has been recently renovated (04/2022) and offers all you are looking for. It's ideally located on the "zeedijk" or "the dike" on the 7th floor (elevator is present!). Fully and over-equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, 2 bedrooms, an underground parking space,... Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

Upon entering the apartment, you will be seduced by the superb sea view that awaits you from the living room. You can even take the opportunity to have an aperitif on the balcony (weather permitting!). Ideally located in Malo-les-Bains, you can enjoy doing everything on foot.
