Luxurious, modern & warm seaside loft

This is my brand new apartment in Oostende, lies at the seaside with full frontal seaview and direct access to the beach. We are situated on a high floor (under the penthouse) with soundproof windows.The studio is very luminous and bright, with all modern comfort. Oostende has a bustling nightlife, great restaurants, bars/clubs. My house is 100m from the casino, the harbor is around the corner and all the markets/supermarket are very nearby within walking distance. Central station 5 min walk.

Loft 115 m2 secure residence with large south facing terrace, large living room on open kitchen, 3 bedrooms including one on the mezzanine with each a bed for two people , secure parking space, 10 minutes from Lille and close to the metro and tram and 10 minutes from the large Pierre stadium My place is family friendly ,when I rent , I stay with my friend on the same level ,so if any problem I am right next door to help you. Small accuracy receptions or parties are forbidden
