The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. There is a charming atmosphere on the farm. Pure "Morten Korch" style. Located on a road with a 50 km speed limit. Moderate traffic in the morning and evening. Due to good insulation, you do not notice the traffic.

The annex of 50 m2 in floor plan contains 2 lofts with double mattresses, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Access to the loft via a ladder. Ideal for 4 people, but there are 6 beds. Duvet, pillow, bed linen, towels, dish towels and dishcloths available. Free WiFi and TV with internet access, but without TV package. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties

Local bus is within walking distance. Tastefully decorated with high-quality materials. There are two floors consisting of a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. Three bedrooms (1 x 140 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed & 1 x 160 cm bed, loft with 2 x 120 cm bed), dining room, living room and two bathrooms. Both with shower and one with washing machine & dryer.

Relax in this unique and quiet home on the Granholm farm, which is located in a lovely large garden, and with lakes, forests and bogs just outside. We live close to Helsinge, but still completely on our own. We have sheep and chickens. The apartment is built in the farm's former carriage gate and loft, and contains a large room with kitchen, dining area, sofa area and sleeping area. Toilet and bath next to the sleeping area. The bed can be divided into 2 single beds, and an extra bed can be made on the sofa.

In the daytime there are a Café serving light dishes. Nearest grocery store is in the next village, 3km away.
