Our beautiful basement apartment lets you dive directly into the world of the mountains and forests of Bavaria. The apartment has a modern kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Here the church bells ring, the rooster crows, tractors and cars are on the way and sometimes also the "good country air." Charming wooden log cabin near Wasserburg's old town on a wild steep slope property. With mini kitchen, microwave/hot air/grill, a kettle and a fridge. In the small bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. Instead of the hand basin, a door leads to the sauna terrace. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and electric boiler (30l). The outdoor sauna invites you to relax. There is a fee of 20 euros per use. Smoking is allowed outside in front of the cabin.

With a size of about 60 sqm, the apartment offers space for up to 4 people. The comfortably furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via the external staircase. The west-facing living room leads directly to your own, sheltered patio with a view of nature. The kitchen, as well as the rest of the furnishings, was made by a local carpenter using regional wood. Details, fabrics and colours have been lovingly selected to make you feel good
