From the south balcony you have a direct view of the Chiemgau Alps, Lake Chiemsee and the Fraueninsel. The lake and swimming area are 20 meters away.

Because not only the bedroom with double bed, but also the cozy sofa bed in the living room with separate mattress (140 × 200 cm) offers all comforts. On the large balcony you can overlook Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps. In less than 1 minute you can reach the shared meadow by the lake, with jetty and two sun loungers.
