The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Completely refurbished 35m2 apartment. It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a beautiful old building located in the quay of Saône. You will find all the essentials to have a comfortable stay whether it is professional or for fun. It has a bathroom with walk-in shower, a small separate toilet, a large bright living room with open kitchen and a bedroom. Oak parquet floor, fireplace, ceiling height we kept the old charm!

Everything is there: comfort of the bed, equipped kitchen, linen ready, small details chosen with care. You can stay there for a few days or several weeks. In my absence, I entrust it to those who love simple, beautiful and functional places.
