The "purple house" is a 2 bedroom 1 bath gem. Located in the heart of one of the city's best neighborhoods. A full kitchen, modern bathroom, living room with a sofa sleeper, smart TV, & a portable bluetooth speaker. WIFI is available throughout the property. The outdoor space consists of a cozy side porch & a fenced in backyard oasis with patio seating, a fire pit, gas grill & fresh herbs from the plant box. Free Street Parking is included. An air mattress is also available on request.

We just added the deck and hot tub, it is available year round. : ) Quiet and secluded, located in a rapidly transitioning neighborhood with rich history. Our Cottage is conveniently located within walking distance of highly acclaimed restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery and distillery. Situated just two blocks from the Monon Trail offering walking and biking access to more restaurants and shopping on Indy's famous Mass Avenue!

Bates Hendricks Luxe with Roof Deck

I am so excited to share my beautiful house with you, located in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Indy. Close to Fountain Square, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and lots more fun. The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a lounge upstairs with a comfy leather futon for more sleeping room. Off that is a beautiful roof deck with gas BBQ, firepit and dining for 6+. Also located on the same street as the famous HGTV Good Bones girls shop. Come visit Indy!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In a charming tiny house surrounded by trees and birdsong, you can unplug and relax without going too far off the beaten path. Only a 15 minute drive from downtown, we’re conveniently located between Fountain Square, Irvington, Beech Grove, and Wanamaker. Curl up with a cup of tea and a good book, sit on the patio and watch for deer, or take a walk around our fledgling 9-acre permaculture farm.
