Questo è il primo dei due appartamenti che possono essere affittati singolarmente o occupando la totalità della villa. L’appartamento di circa 65 m² ospita tre adulti o due adulti e due bambini nel divano letto. Wi-Fi, televisori aria condizionata, caminetto, e soprattutto un’aria esterna incredibile.

In the living room, the period wood-burning fireplace has been preserved and in the adjacent woodshed, you will find firewood.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

The apartment consists of a bright living area with an open kitchen and dining table, a sofa bed (for two people) and a television, a large bathroom with a rainfall shower, a toilet and a washing machine.
