The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Feel-good apartment near Munich and Therme Erding

Anzing is the perfect starting point for excursions to the Erding thermal baths, Munich, Ebersberg or the trade fair in Riem. Thanks to its location on the A94, you can easily get to Munich city center by car. On weekdays, a convenient bus connection provides extra flexibility. The apartment is idyllically located overlooking the Ebersberg Forest. Trade fair visitors can drive to the Riem trade fair in about 12 minutes. It is fully furnished, fully equipped, and bed linens and towels are included.

Stylish oasis between Munich & Erding

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Dear guests, in our 90 m² attic apartment you will find two bedrooms each with a double bed and a very high-quality sofa bed in the living room on which 2 people can also sleep comfortably. A spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub and a bathroom with toilet and shower, balcony and equipped kitchen. Special feature! The apartment was only completed in March 2025. Everything is easily accessible by car, 8 minutes to the highway, 25 minutes to the Erding spa, 25 minutes to Munich. Also ideal for a trip to the wildlife park, AllianzArena, Chiemsee, mountains, BayernPark. 200 m away is the bus stop RVO 9410 directly to Munich - MaxWeberPlatz. There is plenty of space on the farm. There are animals (dog, cat, horse, cattle). Of course, there is free Wi-Fi.
