Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lovely cosy cottage ideal for a couples getaway from it all. The Cottage is a 6 min drive from the beach or a lovely 20 min walk taking in the woods along the way. St Margaret’s at Cliffe is a 10 min drive and has a lovely secluded beach with a cabin selling teas coffee bacon rolls and ice cream 🍨 and a lovely pub The Coastguard . Deal town is about 10 mins drive away and has a wealth of shops and restaurants. Great market on Saturdays

Two spacious rooms, a double and a twin room with private bathroom. The rooms are light and airy with comfortable memory foam mattresses. Z-bed can be provided on request. Tea and coffee facilities, fridge and microwave are provided. The rooms are on the ground floor and guests are able to enjoy the privacy of their own space with direct access into the courtyard garden. Free on-street parking from 5pm-9am; a free parking can be booked outside these hours..

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
