Located in Sandgate (2 minutes from the beach) and just 55 minutes from London, this is a perfect retreat with its own entrances - front and back, a private gated patio garden to the front and off-road parking for a medium-sized car. 1 small-breed dog (max 10kg) allowed with prior notice. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.
