Villa Fleesensee is a vacation home almost directly on the shore of the lake, with 2 self-contained apartments: the large apartment of about 135 m² has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and direct view of the lake. Up to 8 people (6 adults + 2 children or 7 adults) can sleep here. For reservations of more than 7 people, the small apartment can also be used. It fits 2 people with 35 m². Sauna in the house for all guests. 4 parking spaces.

The garden offers a south-facing terrace, a year-round heated outdoor hot tub, a barrel sauna, a garden shower (from April to October), a shed and 2 parking spaces.

The duplex consists of the captain's house, the apartment's captain's terrace and captain's lake view. It is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Fleesensee. You can park up to four vehicles on the property. The enclosed property has an area of about 500 m². There you will find a sunbathing lawn, a hot tub and 2 spacious terraces for a relaxing vacation.

Our apartments are completely new built in traditional solid oak half-timbered construction and were completed in 2019. In the house there are two neighboring apartments with separate entrances. The description refers to the smaller apartment.
