Avec vue vue imprenable sur les canaux , vous profitez du soleil dès le matin sur la terrasse puis aurez la possibilité d'aller vous promener et d'accéder à la plage qui est à moins de 10mins (800 mètres) à pied seulement de l'appartement. Une place de parking privative vous permettra d'être garé en face du studio.

Appartement indépendant de 40 m2 en rdc d'une superbe villa à l'esprit "campagne" avec jardin privatif, piscine et parking au calme absolu. Chambre (22m2), Salle d’eau , WC séparé, espace cuisine et buanderie (lave linge). 2 Terrasses privatives + accès direct à la piscine (chauffée) +douche solaire (pour l'hygiène).
