We rent out a newly built and bright 1-bedroom apartment in the basement of our townhouse. The apartment has a separate entrance, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. There is in-floor heat and balanced ventilation in all rooms. It comes with parking space for passenger car on the plot. Granåsen ski resort is a 5 min drive by car or about a 20 min walk away. To the city center in Trondheim it takes about 17 min by bus/car/tram. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram stop is 6 minutes walk from us.

The apartment is on the third floor. Perfectly located with about 5 minutes walk to both Trondheim Torg, Øya/Nidelven, and to the sea. Inside it is uniquely designed with curved wall and oval window in the living room. 66 sqm, spacious with high ceilings and 17 sqm bedrooms. Good size bathroom. Furnished with a mix of classic retro furnishings and modern furnishings. The living room has nice view of Steinåsen. Excellent access to public transport, with a short bus ride to, for example, Bymarka or Solsiden.

From this residence located on popular Møllenberg, centrally located in Trondheim, you are in a perfect location for all the sights in the city. Møllenberg is a cozy area with old preserved wooden house buildings from the end of 1800. From here it is walking distance to popular Bakklandet with its old houses, cozy atmosphere and lots of small intimate cafes. Popular Solsiden is below with its shopping center, cafes and restaurants, and the center of the city. Short distance to bus and train.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

The apartment is located in a quiet and popular residential area with a central location. With about 15 minutes by direct bus or car, you arrive in Trondheim city centre. It is a short distance to the urban forest, which is a popular hiking area for both tourists and locals, summer and winter. It is walking distance to Sauptadsenteret with, among other things, grocery stores, pharmacies, post office, hairdresser, gym, eatery and gas station with 24-hour Deli de Luca.
