Lovely house located in the heart of Bymarka High standard. Amazing rural location but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 min. You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. The property is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented. Bed linen and towels are included The 5th bed space in the living room. If you want to stay rural but at the same time this is something for you It's not a party place. Animals welcome.

Great and lovely home, with stunning views of Trondheim. The house is a semi-detached house and here you rent the main apartment in the house. In our home you will find most of the things you need to spend nice days in Trondheim. Short way to the city center (20 min. fast walk) and short way to public transport (bus/tram). You also have beautiful city fields nearby, where you can retreat from city life and just enjoy the silence. The property is very centrally located. You are welcome!

Central apartment in Trondheim

Nice apartment with three bedrooms. The tram stop is right outside the door where the tram takes you to Bymarka and Lian in 10 minutes one way, and the centre in 13 minutes the other way. It takes 18 minutes with tram and walk to Trondheim Spektrum and Aqua Nor.
