Newly renovated apartment in older building in stunning surroundings. Short distance to Åmotan with 3 waterfalls, good opportunities for walks in the surrounding area. Nice starting point for Nordmør's response to the Pulpit Rock, Ekkertind. The apartment is about 40 m2, ceiling height in bedrooms is low, about 175-180 cm The bedroom has two beds, 150 cm and 120 cm respectively. There is room for 2 adults and 2 children, but recommend a maximum of 3 people The tenant brings own bed linen. Bed linen can be rented for NOK 120 per person.

Denne leiligheten er romslig, moderne, lun og koselig. Nydelig utsikt mot sjøen og Trondheimsfjorden. Leiligheten ligger i et område som oppleves som stille og rolig. Her kan du nyte kaffekoppen og kjenne både på morgen og kveldssola på den store uteplassen og den koselige takterrassen! God beliggenhet med transportmuligheter i nærheten. Jeg har en ekstra gjesteseng (feltseng 90*200) som kan settes frem ved behov. Bare gi meg beskjed på forhånd så ordner jeg det.

Our apartment (approx 30 m2) have a combined well equipped kitchen and living room with TV, fast internet connection and two good quality single beds. The apartment also has private entrance, a small hallway, and a nice bathroom with washing machine. Be aware that this is a basement apartment, with lower ceilings. Steps can be heard from above during daytime. Parking available.

You'll love my place because of the view, the location, the vibe, and the outdoor area. My place is good for families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). In the after Christmas winter, there are prepared ski slopes just outside the living room door that, among other things, go to a ski cabin where there is service on Sundays.
