L'Aeroporto dista 7 KM, da dove si può raggiungere la CITTA' ETERNA con il treno in 30 minuti (Leonardo Express). SUPERMERCATO A SOLI 100 metri!! L’appartamento si trova a 300 metri dal mare con ampie spiagge e servizi. The apartment is a very bright one-bedroom apartment, on the second floor of a newly built building equipped with elevator and private access avenue. Located in a pedestrian area full of services: shopping center, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and multiplex cinema, riding school. The train station that connects Fiumicino airport and Rome's metro lines is a 5-minute walk away. The house consists of a living room with open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower and terrace.

Benvenuti "A casa della Raffa"! Delizioso appartamento, accogliente, in contesto tranquillo, dotato di ogni confort. Posizione centrale, zona provvista di ristoranti e servizi di ogni genere raggiungibili a piedi. A 6 km dall'aeroporto internazionale e a 250 m dal mare. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra di un condominio, con ingresso riservato. Apro le porte della mia casa ai miei ospiti sperando si sentano come a casa anche se lontani dalla loro.
