Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

In einem historischen Gebäude aus dem 18. Jahrhundert befindet sich diese kleine Wohnung, die vor Kurzem liebevoll renoviert wurde. Sie liegt im Obergeschoss mit Blick auf den Garten und besteht aus einem Wohn-Schlafzimmer, einer kleinen Küche, einem Vorraum und einem Bad. Die Wohnung ist nur 13 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen entfernt. Mit dem Bus erreicht man die S-Bahn Station in nur 10 Minuten und die U-Bahn Station Simmering in 15 Minuten.

In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.
