Please note that this sofa bed is located in the open-plan living area and not in the two separate bedrooms. There is a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate WC. The apartment is only a few minutes away from the center.

The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

Perfectly close to Vienna, Burgenland, airport, CAE training center, petrochemicals, Borealis or OMV. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a modern living area with TV and 2 bedrooms. There is a small supermarket and nice restaurants nearby. A short distance by bike or on foot allows quick public access to Vienna.
