Our house is located in the centre of Hochfilzen. A great starting point for hiking, cycling or mountain biking tours in summer. In winter, the ski resort Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm for alpine skiing is only 5 minutes away by car. Cross-country ski trails are a 5-minute walk away. Bus stop, train station is in the immediate vicinity. Tourist tax of €2.80 per person per night extra to be paid in cash on arrival. This will be increased to €3.90 in November 2025.

Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.
