The newly renovated Chalet Noir is located in Hinterzarten, an idyllic high-altitude health resort at an altitude of 1000 m. Freestanding on a hill by a mountain stream in close proximity to the Thoma ski lifts and the legendary Adler ski jumping hill. The mountain landscape around Hinterzarten is characterized by dense forests, wide meadows, clear mountain lakes and a mysterious high moor with hiking trails and a golf course. In winter, a cross-country ski network with floodlit runs and a natural ice rink beckon.

Our "Apartment Number 64" is located in the apartment building on the grounds of the Feldberger Hof hotel complex. The elevator takes you comfortably to the 4th floor where you will find our apartment. Up to 4 people (plus 1 child) can be accommodated on approx. 60 square meters. Whether for a hiking trip over the weekend, or the ski and winter sports vacation for a whole week, you are in the right place here. Southern Black Forest Feldberg Nature Park

Apartment in a 250-year-old farmhouse at an altitude of around 1,100 meters with a spacious terrace, garden and sauna. It extends over (the upper) three floors and has around 80 m2. In addition to the living room, (living) kitchen and bathroom, there are four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own entrance to the outside. The bathroom and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom in the attic can only be reached via the second bedroom on the upper floor.

Welcome to Albtal Menzenschwand! Here you can hike, swim, ski, enjoy stars, visit World Heritage Sites or make campfires and relax in the award-winning Revitalbad. The Rehbachhaus is surrounded by the slopes of the Southern Black Forest Nature Park on the edge of a small village below the Feldberg. Stylishly renovated, it overlooks meadows and mountains. Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Old carpentry shop at the nature reserve

The Alte Tischlerei is an individual apartment (approx. 70 square meters of living space) for nature lovers, individualists, cooking enthusiasts, dog lovers or... It is equipped with a built-in kitchen, 80 cm induction range, convection oven and steam cooker, fridge/freezer and bathroom with very large shower and separate toilet. The area is open plan, so there is no enclosed bedroom. Outside there is a private garden with seating, barbecue and fencing.

Luxury-Loft Atrium -X-

This unique loft is 13 minutes from the airport ZH and 20 min. from the city limits of Zurich. The area is rural, with forests and a river right by the house. The loft is 280m2 and fully equipped with everything. Nothing is missing here. The beds on the upper floor are of the finest quality and also the sanitary facilities. The lower floor is 200m2 and also includes a sleeping possibility for 2 people. Winter garden and terrace are on the 3rd floor.

Ferien Alm Alfret

Set in Herrischried, the vacation home "Ferien Alm Alfret" occupies an idyllic alpine pasture and offers a splendid view of the mountains and the Black Forest. The 2-storey property is a typical example of the regional architecture and consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 6 people. Available amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a dryer.

Historic Cramm Mill, Barn Apt. 5

Our apartment 5 is on the upper floor of the historic barn of our listed watermill, which has existed since 1754. It is one of six studios that we built as part of a renovation and have been renting out since May 2024. We have taken care to preserve as much of the historical character of the building as possible - the original wooden beams of the old barn adorn the apartment and the view of the open roof beams. The apartment is 43 square meters.
