Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is located in our 1-family house on the first floor. It is suitable for business trips, Munich Fair 5 minutes by car, Marienplatz approx. 20 minutes away and suitable for short breaks. One parking space (street) is located in front of the property. 2 minutes' walk is a bus stop. The bus runs to the Riem S-Bahn [suburban train] station (5 minutes) and to Messestadt West (approx. 10 minutes). In 5 minutes' walk is a Rewe, DM, Lidl.

Our apartment environment is perfect! There is a shopping center with everything you need just 7 minutes walk away. Various shops and restaurants await you there. There is a park and a lake nearby where you can relax. The Munich Trade Fair is also just around the corner, perfect for business travelers. The 25 sqm furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a tiled stove, a guest Wi-Fi and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2019 and also has separate access.
