The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Welcome to this cozy country idyll where you are surrounded by horse pastures. The calm. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we offer breakfast basket and other supplies on request. Please let us know your wishes well in advance.

Viken with fantastic sea views! Welcome to a fresh cottage with made beds. Cleaning, sheets and towels are included in the price. The cottage is about 20 sqm with a small kitchenette (stove 2 burners and refrigerator with small freezer compartment) bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, dining table, sofa and bunk bed with 120 cm down and an 80 cm bed up. The cottage is newly built and is located next to a private residence, has its own patio, with chairs and tables, parasol, drying rack and its own parking.

Nära Kattegattsleden som har utsetts till årets cykelled i Europa 2018. Skåneleden för vandring går genom byn. Huset är på 40 kvadratmeter och har eget badrum och bastu. I rummet finns en sovalkov med två sängar och en soffa som fungerar som dubbelsäng. Pentry finns också för matlagning. Tillgång till egen uteplats med grill.

Här har du bland annat gångavstånd till badplats på Sandön, Vegeholms slott och den omtalade golfbanan ”Crownwood Club” som smyg öppnar sommaren 2025. Busshållplats finner du 200 meter från boendet där du enkelt kan ta dig fram längst kusten. In the 90s, a countess moved in and began renovating the facade to Victorian style and renamed the house Wiktoriana Slott. Today, a major renovation of the facade and outdoor environment is required. Located at a convenient distance to all amenities to all that the kulla peninsula has to offer, including wineries, golf club, hiking trails, ocean.
