Small lake house with your own jetty

Newly built house/cottage with a private jetty for rent at Lake Vällan in Falun. In the summer you can enjoy swimming and sun. It has a rowboat and SUPs that allow for trips out to Vällan. During winter there are opportunities for both long-distance skates and cross-country skis as the track and tracks are prepared if weather and underlay allow. The house is about 50m2 and accommodates small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, full bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

Storstugan

Here you get the chance to stay in a spacious house with nature right around the corner. The farm is surrounded by forest and pastures and about 100 meters below the house runs Rogsån past. Where you can take a swim, walk, run or bike mtb along the many trails that are nearby. Distance m car: Lugnet, Falu Gruva and Falun C about 10 min (8 km) Beach 1.5 km Alpine resort in Bjursås (20 min) and Romme (40 min) In winter time there may be ski and snowmobile trails just below the house if the snow location is good.

Newly built apartment in pool house 800 meters from Lugnet

Rent our pool house! Newly built “apartment” about 25 sqm with spacious hall, bathroom with laundry facilities and rooms with kitchen, sofa and 160 cm bed. Bedlinen and towels are included you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside is included. You can store your skis or bicycles in a locked space, if you wish. Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross country tracks, bathhouse, bike trails and Dalarna college. 3 min drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Fantastic lake view in large Villa in Stjärnsund.

Large villa with spectacular lake view in popular Stjärnsund. Uniquely decorated house with that little extra. Two large verandas in both directions, where you can enjoy the morning sun as evening sun and an amazing sunset. It is less than 50 meters to the jetty with a wood-fired sauna and only 300 meters to the nearest beach. Boat with electric motor and canoes are available. An hour to both Romme Alpin and Kungsberget and if you like ice wax bathing as much as we do, are awake open all winter.

I detta nyrenoverade hus anno 1700-talet hittar ni en varm och mysig atmosfär med vackra nejder i Byn Hovgården. Gångavstånd till bad, sjöar och slingriga stigar som väntar på att bli utforskade. Med bil når ni Romme Alpin eller Borlänge Centrum på 12 minuter. Även många andra vackra sevärdheter och naturreservat finns i närheten som till ex. Gyllbergen, Turistvägen Silverringen. Möjlighet att hyra cyklar, kanot, kayak och vedeldad bastu finns. Och vi delar gärna våra favorit platser med er:)

Cozy house close to town with firewood Sauna and relax

Close to the city but still rural! Large garden and patio with barbecue opportunity. Nice wood-fired outdoor sauna with a relax room is used for free. Here you live close to everything you want in Dalarna. Long haul tracks, bicycle trails, hiking trails nearby. Close to slalom slopes such as Romme 34 km, Bjursås 25 km, Källviksbacken 8 km. Walking distance to Falu mine! Tondo Gourmetpizzeria 100 metres. Shop and center 2.7 km. Various slalom equipment for children is available to borrow.

Rymligt boende med upp till 9 sängplatser. Centralt i Falun med närhet till skidåkning (både längd och slalom), långfärdsskridskor mm på vintern och bad, restauranger och kulturmiljö på sommaren. Stor matplats inomhus och utomhus. Tillgång till carport, grill, en fantastisk trädgård mm. Hundar är välkomna. Passar perfekt som boende i anslutning till tex skidtävlingar, i och omkring Falun. Lugnet är 10 min bort med bil.

Iconic farmstead in Tällberg/Laknäs

Iconic 19th century Dalarna farmstead, quietly situated near Lake Siljan. A comfortable combination of modern facilities with many original details, including fully functional tiled stoves. Charming farmhouse with high ceilings, countryside located just outside Falun. Around the knot is Lugnet's nature reserve with great opportunities for biking, trekking and running. The arena of tranquility is only 4 km away. On the property, there are horses and cats. Two boxes can be offered to "bed & box" and associated riding track 20 x 40m.
