A quiet neighborhood with bus connections into both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 min away from the house takes you into the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 min (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). When you stay here, you will have the house to yourselves. However, some rooms are private. It includes: 2nd Floor: Bedroom & bathroom, travel bed available. 1st Floor: Large living room with fireplace, dining table & TV, kitchen & bathroom. Basement: 150 cm wide sofa bed & extra bed. Washing machine, dryer, iron, toilet, shower. Hot tub & sauna costs 50 SEK per occasion. Patio (approx. 7x3.5 m) with table, chairs, umbrella & grill. 600 meters to Oxie station, 2 stops to Triangeln. 200 meters to the stop for city bus 1.

In this national romantic house from 1905, you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, grill and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's fantastic sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and carefully renovated house with carpentry joy and high coziness factor. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

Perfekt boende för er som semestrande barnfamilj, såväl som för dig och ditt kompisgäng. Kör rakt in på tomten och parkera bilar (och släp). 3 minuter från strand och bad, en stor insynsskyddad trädgård och en villa som alla får gott om plats i utan att behöva trängas. Bilderna är inte helt uppdaterade efter en modernisering i de båda vardagsrummen. Huset är till skillnad från många andra ett rent turistboende vilket ger en hel del enkelhet och flexibilitet till skillnad från folks uthyrda hem.

This 1-8 person accommodation is located in Skåne, Svedala, just a half-hour drive from Malmö, Lund, Ystad, Trelleborg, and Copenhagen. Close to the beach, forest, culture, golf courses, birdwatching, and more. The house is used as a guesthouse year-round. It is a well-equipped and relatively new stone house from 2012, situated on the host's property with a view of the courtyard and surrounding fields.

Welcome to our guesthouse on Sweden's southernmost cape! A short walk from the charming fishing village of Smygehamn, this little house sits on the coastal road with a large green garden and proximity to both the sea and beautiful landscapes. With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlens all the favorite places by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit and enjoy the ocean breeze!

This is a separate part of our house, with an open area living room combining kitchen, dining and a cosy TV room. We can host up to 4-6 people were you have two separated bedrooms with king size beds, a bunk bed and a bed sofa in the TV-room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and oven. Bathroom with washer/dryer. You will have your own garden with BBQ and seating area and your own parking lot. We live in a summer village, therefore some noise may occur in the evenings
