An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Beach apartment

Here you live next to Falkenberg's beach with a fantastic spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. Fresh and cozy apartment in a house of 60 sqm open to the ridge. Open plan with small kitchen and dining area, large living room area with fireplace, sleeping loft, toilet and shower. There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PRO speakers. The apartment has A/C. Patio with barbecue grill. Final cleaning is not included, but can be booked. Bring towels and bed sheets.

Attractive location on a quiet cul-de-sac and only 200 meters to a lovely sandy beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), demarcated plot for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-fired sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (NOT Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keyboard, WIFI/fiber. The cottage has two well-sized terraces in the east and west. Our 'farmhouse' is located between Falkenberg and Halmstad, overlooking the Suseån river valley, fields and meadows. In the local area, there are plenty of wonderful farm shops, local growers and cosy cafés. 5 km to Långasand/Ugglarps beach €1.5 million for Falkenberg €2.5 million for Halmstad 4.5 million to Ullared Accommodation for those who want something special! Bed linens and towels are brought. Cleaning supplies are provided, but guests are responsible for cleaning. No smoking indoors!

Välkommen till vårt härliga boende på Skrea strand i Falkenberg på drygt 80 m². Huset är på 60 m² med öppen planlösning för kök, vardagsrum samt 2 sovrum och ett litet badrum. Från vardagsrummet nås ett generöst trädäck där grillen står redo. På tomten finns också ett gårdshus (Attefallshus). Huset har 2 sovrum á 12 m² med hotellkänsla. Skrea strand ligger bara några minuters promenad bort. Boendet har trådlöst wifi och möjlighet att parkera 2 bilar. För elbil finns även laddbox.
