Our guest house with private entrance from the street, and private separate patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the city center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large food store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 minutes to restaurants and bars in the city center and 10-15 minutes to the beach (on foot). Large free parking area right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bedlinen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Duvet and pillow are available.

You have your own deck (30 sqm)with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Södra Näs - Varberg's gold position

Attractive location on quiet dead end street and only 200m to lovely sand beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), limited space for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-burning sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (EJ Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keypad, WIFI/fiber. The cabin has two well-stocked terraces in the east and west. Cozy living room with fireplace, functional kitchen as well as fresh bathroom. 40 min Ullared/Gekås ENGLISH - no problem! DEUTSCH - kein Problem!

Detached house on a farm 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds. Half a staircase up there are two beds. A downstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine and iron. Two patios with one smaller and one larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels are brought by the guest himself.

Simple but cozy second on the ground level. Central but quiet location in old town of Falkenberg. A short walk to the city center. Walking distance or bike ride to sunbathing on Skrea beach. Free car parking is available in the area. Small kitchen with everything you need. Dining room with four seats. Bedroom with double bed and TV. Toilet with shower and washing machine with built-in dryer. Access to a leafy patio in the courtyard with a cafe table and two chairs. Includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

Newly built apartment with own floor of about 80 m2 in our villa which is located close to the sea with walking distance to a nice child-friendly beach on Grimsholmen, 8 km lake of Falkenberg with mile wide views of the sea, beach and meadows. It takes about 10 minutes to Skrea Strand/Fbg city center or 30 minutes to Varberg , Halmstad or the shopping at Gekås in Ullared. Two bedrooms, shower and toilet, new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room with tv. Wi-fi, patio with barbecue facilities.

Huge guest house near the sea

Our new (2019) and nice guest house at cozy Södra Näs. Here you live on 37 sqm with high standard between Träslövsläge and Apelviken. You walk in a few minutes to several beaches or restaurants. You can see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking everyday or partying. In addition to toilet, shower and sink, the bathroom also has a combined washing and dryer. New patio (2020) with table, chairs and possibility to grill.

A fresh little cottage for 2 people (or for the small family with max 2 children) with a lovely view to the sea, about 7 km from Falkenberg center and about 600 meters from large lovely sandy beach. Also close to appreciated forest. The cottage is located on a small hill with a lovely sun deck outside and is equipped as follows: a room with fully equipped small kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed and bunk bed and TV, internet connection, small storage space for clothes, bags, etc., shower and toilet.

Newly built, architect-designed, well planned and well-equipped guest house with panoramic view over a glittering sea. Enjoy your breakfast in the sun on the plateau above the house. Walk 600 meters to the sea and the 2 km long sandy beach with top class water quality. Make exciting excursions to the many sights and the idyllic city Falkenberg. End the day with dinner on the large terrace and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Very quiet area. Close to large forest. Please note: no animals allowed.
