In addition, there are 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room, you can reach a generous wooden deck where the grill is ready. On the property, there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 sqm with a hotel feel. Skrea beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The house has wireless WiFi and the possibility to park 2 cars. For electric cars, there is also a charging box.

At the back there is a large terrace where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license needed) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within a 15 minute drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

You can see the beautiful blue sea from the kitchen table. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking everyday or for a party. In addition to a toilet, shower and sink, the bathroom also has a combined washer and dryer. Patio with table, chairs and barbecue.

Notera att det pågår ett större byggprojekt i Varberg, tunnelbygge, dubbelspår och ny stationsbyggnad som kan påverka området där huset ligger, främst vardagar dagtid.

Unique accommodation in idyllic Särdal, about 1.5 km north of Halmstad, along the coastal road between Haverdal and Steninge. It is a small cozy cottage with sea view about 700 meters from the beach. Close to hikes in nature reserves, exercise trails, coastal fishing and cozy marinas. Good location to just take it easy or discover our wonderful coastal area or maybe explore all of Halland. Shops, restaurants and cafes are nearby and there is a bus stop next to the property.

Welcome to our little paradise! In the corner of our garden we have a house that we rent out. It is near the ocean and the beach in the old fishing village Träslövsläge. If you want to rent this house for a week or more from september-may, please send me a request for a discount! This little house (23 square meters) has its own cozy patio on the grass under the apple tree. Near buses, restaurant, ice cream bar and the beach (0,5 km). 6 km from downtown Varberg.
