On the property, there is a swimming pool, trampoline, soccer goal and basketball hoop as well as toys that are suitable for both the beach and the lawn. In the garage there is a ping-pong table and a small gym. There are bicycles for adults and children. 5-minute walk to the beach and a playground is around the corner. It is cycling distance to grocery store and restaurants. The house also has a cat, Celso, who is included in the rent :)

Walking/biking distance to golf and paddle courts as well as to the beach in Vilshärad, Frösakull and Tylösand. Amenities such as WiFi, microwave, dishwasher, TV and Sonos music system. NOTE, we only rent to families and people over 25 years of age.

Right in front is a nice and quiet sandy beach that is popular for families with children as well as surfers, a short walk north is a small fishing port, bike paths and beautiful nature. The house is located just north of Falkenberg and south of Varberg with close to excellent food destinations, excursion destinations, golf, etc.

Villa Valencia offers a perfect location for several families or a large group of friends who want to get away and enjoy a lovely vacation.
