Our spacious two-story guest house is located directly in our garden, is surrounded by lawn and trees and invites you to linger on 43 square meters with its coziness. In the maritime bunk bed, children's dreams come true and since we have two children (2 and 6 years) ourselves, sandboxes, a trampoline and various vehicles are ready to play. In the guest house itself there is a toilet, you can shower in your own airbnb shower/toilet in the basement of our house next door.

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

The house is located in the holiday village Waldbrunn. A few minutes' walk from the holiday home there is a thermal bath with sauna. The house has an excellent location in the middle of nature and is the ideal starting point for great excursions. On site there is still electricity (€0.40/ kWh) and gas (€3.20/cbm) according to consumption as well as the tourist tax (€1.00/ adult)./day). Duvet covers and towels must be brought with you or can be booked (€13 p.p./set).

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
