The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. Perfect place for hiking on Helnæs Made. Fishing and bird watching, lovely beach for swimming in the Little Belt. If you are into kite surfing, paragliding or paddleboarding, it is also an option. You can also bring the kayak. Enjoy nature with a fantastic sunrise or sunset, tranquility, silence and "Dark Sky". 12 km to shopping, Spar, Ebberup.

Velholdt sommerhus i naturskønne omgivelser med en enestående panorama udsigt over havet samt kuperet terræn, mark og skov. i kort afstands findes den hyggelige lille landsby Faldsled med lystbådehavn . Der er kort afstand til indkøbsmuligheder i både Fåborg og Horne. Fåborg med mange indkøbsmuligheder, havn med afgang til de mange sydfynske øer, ligger kun 5 km væk. Vær opmærksom på at jeg ikke bruger gift på min grund. Så ukrudt vil forekomme.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
