This is a newly converted annexe with all modern fittings within a secure private drive on the edge of the stunning village Butleigh, 5 mins Millfield School and walking distance to centre of village, church, PO shop and cricket grounds. Close to Glastonbury and Street with fantastic walks and cycling in the area. It is open planned but Perfect for families as can sleep up to 3 children. This two bedroom period house has been recently refurbished. It has en suite toilets to both bedrooms and a downstairs bathroom with separate bath and shower. There are two living rooms and a large fitted kitchen. There is no garden but a small outside sitting area. The house is two minutes walk of our local pub which provides good value food and drink. Castle Cary's attractive town centre with its many historic buildings is an eight minute walk. Street parking with no restrictions.

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.
